WiiM Web3 Solutions provides:

• Blockchain indexing infrastructure for +100 supported chains including Ethereum, BNB, Solana or any custom chain
• Real-time data streaming APIs for blockchain events
• Web3 Data APIs for accessing blockchain information
• NFT, Token, and DeFi APIs for specialized data access
• Authentication APIs for Web3 applications
• RPC Nodes for direct blockchain interaction
• Custom indexing solutions for enterprise clients

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

3.3 API Keys

API keys are sensitive credentials. You must not share your API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your API keys.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer various subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Enterprise) with different features and usage limits. The specific features and limitations of each plan are described on our pricing page.

5.2 Fees and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with that plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Rate Limits and Overages

Each subscription plan includes specific rate limits and usage quotas. If you exceed these limits, we may throttle your access or charge overage fees as specified in your plan.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide the Services.

6.3 Blockchain Data

Blockchain data indexed by our Services is publicly available data from blockchain networks. We do not claim ownership of blockchain data but provide tools to access and analyze it.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability and reliability of our Services. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments vary by subscription plan:

• Free Plan: Best-effort availability, no SLA guarantee
• Pro Plan: 99.5% uptime guarantee
• Enterprise Plan: 99.9% uptime guarantee with dedicated support

SLA credits may be available for Enterprise customers in the event of service disruptions. Contact support for details.

8. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate blockchain data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Services. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data before relying on it.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIIM WEB3 SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
